Keio University: Keio Design the Future Award for International Students
To commemorate the university's 150th anniversary in 2008, Keio launched the Design the Future Award for International Students. This scholarship, aimed at highly talented international students with outstanding academic records, is possibly the most generous available from a Japanese university. Full tuition and fees* at Keio University; A monthly stipend of JPY200,000; A one-time preparation grant of JPY150,000 (including a travel subsidy). A maximum of two years (Please note: for a student who earns his / her degree within two years, the award will be stopped once the degree is earned)

The award is open to international students of high academic standing. The student must be an applicant of one of the graduate schools of KEIO University for entry in year of application. The student must be an applicant in either a Master's Program or Professional Degree Program. The student cannot be a recipient of another scholarship at the same time as receiving this award. The student cannot be participating ina dounble-degree program.
