opportunities for a cadre of specialists-in-training or already-established scholars in the field.

Monthly per diem commensurate with academic status and number of accompanying dependents, plus round-trip air transportation for fellowship recipient only.
Enrolled in doctoral program at North American university or American post-doctoral scholar.
Submit 3 letters of recommendation PLUS one language proficiency
recommendation letter for predoctoral applicants.
For U.S. State Department (ECA) - funded fellowships, all applicants must be U.S.
citizens.
