Turkish Coalition of America (TCA): TCA Study Abroad Scholarships for American Students of Minority and Heritage Communities
As American minority students are largely underrepresented in study abroad programs, these scholarships are designed to expand study abroad opportunities for such students and foster a greater understanding about diversity in America as well as the perspectives, challenges, and opportunities of different American minorities. Additionally, the Armenian American, Bosnian American, and Macedonian American Communities have strong historical and cultural ties with Turkey, and TCA offers scholarships to students from these heritage communities in order to explore these links and facilitate dialogue and mutual understanding between these communities and Turkey.
