Universities Canada: Follow the Leader Scholarship Program
The purpose of the scholarship program is to
encourage academic excellence and the pursuit of higher education among students living in the Greater Toronto Area who are directly affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS); provide the path and framework for scholarship recipients to become the MS leaders of the future and to
strengthen the pool of scientific, engineering, math and technology students who consider a focus on MS to be part of their career of choice.

Live and attend high school in the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel, York Regions).
Have at least an 85% (or equivalent) average over the last 3 terms of available marks.
Plan on enrolling full-time in a Canadian, American or Foreign university, specifically in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) program.
Live in a family in which an immediate member (self, sibling or parent/guardian) is directly affected by MS or an allied disease (neuromyelitis optica (NMO), transverse myelitis (TM), and acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM)).
Have at least an 85% (or equivalent) average over the last 3 terms of available marks.
