Northwestern's Oman Semester will take you to the Middle Eastern country of Oman, known for its peacefulness, modernity, hospitality and openness. You'll learn Arabic and study the Islamic religion with a goal of furthering understanding and trust between Christians and Muslims.
Romania Semester
Travel to the area of Europe known as “Transylvania” through Northwestern's Romania Semester to study sustainable community development and partner with New Horizons Foundation. New Horizons is an NGO that hosts youth clubs and camps and uses experiential education to teach Romanian youth self-confidence, teamwork and trust.
