Tour leaders and drivers operate trips worldwide, and head office provides logistical support as well as experienced management of the tours. Positions for tour leaders and overland drivers available. Being a great tour leader involves much more than just having travel experience - personality, teamwork, committment, responsibility and organizational skills are just some of the ingredients that go to make efficient tour leaders. The overland driver has complete responsibility for the safety of all clients whilst driving. This includes behind the scenes maintenance to ensure the vehicle is in peak condition both externally and internally. Assisting the tour leader in dealing with clients' problems, and ensuring the smooth handling of all tour arrangements is also a core part of the work, as is a strong problem solving ability and being able to 'think on your feet'. Application process and requirements

Requirements for tour leaders: Travelled in at least two continents • Must have excellent communication skills • Commitment to work overseas for up to six months • Second language spoken preferable (Spanish or French) • Leadership and organizational skills.
